It is tradition for Bethany Families to have the children from their travel groups take a group shot on the red couch on the 2nd floor of the white swan hotel. We met this morning at 1030am for this special moment. Gabby was ready to nap so she was not all smiles. Just a blank stare and a plea to nap! We took additional pictures of the five families form our Jiangsu Province and then California families and then just our family. The White Swan HOtel is beautiful and has many spots that make for great photos. The waterfall and Koi Pond is spectacular. We took a tour of the amenities here and they have a bunch A real first class hotel. Hannah is still having a terrible time doing homework. She just sits and stares Kevin finally said read and I think this time she is listening. We are right here in the room with her, no TV no music every excuse she has we have eliminated, we can't however eliminate the lack of desire she has to do her work.lol She will grow through this and she is learning far more then a book could ever teach her. she is a real world traveler now! Our goal is to have all homework done before the two days in HOng Kong and Disneyland is the treat! yes we are going to Hong Kong Disney, ...what? Of course we are shopping too! hehehehhe Stanley marketplace is the best I was there in the 80's as a teenager, do you think things have changed?
WE have a free day today, a bit more shopping and sight seeing by strolling around. Right now is nap, lunch etc. Gotta run-Hayley PS love you all and may God shine down on you wherever you are and may His peace be bestowed upon you. His peace comes in truly knowing HIm, if you don't know Him He says just ask! He is God's Son who was sent to be born a man, live and die and then rise again to pay for our transgressions so that we may all be saved. There is eternity and eternity in Christ Jesus is the peace that we have today for the hope we have in the promises of our future. Praise God for this precious gift of life we have in Jesus and praise Him for the gift of our family and friends here on this earth!
